Your money dashboard shows the full picture — revenue in, deposits held safely in trust, and payouts on the way.
Earnings
Dashboard → Earnings (/dashboard/earnings) gives you:
- Revenue KPIs — what you've earned, this month versus last, at a glance.
- A monthly chart — your income over time.
- A payment ledger — every completed payment, with its purpose and status. A succeeded payment always reads as paid — never a stale "pending".
- Active escrows — deposits currently held in the Liivra Pay trust account, with your role on each.
Every amount is shown in rand (R), VAT-inclusive.
The escrow ledger
Dashboard → Transactions (/dashboard/transactions) is the detail view of money moving through Liivra Pay: a deposit paid into trust, held, then released on the agreed terms. You can see each transaction's state — in escrow, released — so you always know exactly where a deal's money is.
How the money is protected
Deposits sit in a TradeSafe trust account, not in Liivra's or the other party's pocket. Liivra's fee is transparent — 1.5% on rentals, 0.5% on sales, capped at R29,999 — and it's RHA-compliant. The full mechanics are in Liivra Pay / escrow.
Getting paid out
When funds are released to you, they flow to your linked, verified bank account. Keep your banking details current so payouts land without delay.
