My Rooms
Your backroom work queue — one card per backroom, one clear state, one action when something needs doing.

My Rooms is the work queue for your backrooms — the outside rooms you rent out on your own property. It does not cover whole-property listings (those live in My Listings) or room shares, which are a different listing type. It is deliberately not a miniature version of the property dashboard: one card per room, one plain-language state, and one action when something needs your attention. Rooms that need you are sorted to the top.
What a room card tells you
Each card carries the room's name, its suburb, the rent, and its current state:
- Available — showing in search, confirmed recently.
- Needs confirming — still listed, but the availability has gone stale. One tap fixes it.
- Needs a photo — the room cannot go live until a real photo is attached.
- Taken — someone has moved in; it is not showing in search.
If a card shows an action, that action is the only thing standing between the room and being visible to seekers.
Confirming availability
Rooms turn over far faster than flats, so a room that was confirmed a month ago is not evidence of anything. Liivra asks you to reconfirm periodically, and you can do it from the room card or by replying over WhatsApp — whichever you have open.
Reconfirming keeps the room ranking in search results. Not reconfirming does not delete it or lose your details; the room simply stops being shown as confirmed-available.
Requests
Requests collects people who have asked about your rooms. Each one shows who asked, which room, and when. Replying from here keeps the conversation attached to the room, so when you have five rooms and three enquiries each you can still tell them apart.
Move-ins
Move-ins tracks people who are moving in or have just moved in. It is the point where a room flips from available to taken, and where anything you want on record — the deposit, the move-in date — gets attached to the right room rather than living in your WhatsApp history.
Doing it over WhatsApp
Everything above works over WhatsApp too — see Backrooms on WhatsApp for every command. You do not have to open the app to confirm a room is still free or to reply to someone asking about it. The two stay in sync — confirming on WhatsApp updates the room card, and vice versa.
