Price & value

• The asking price or rent is shown in rand.
• Where available, an estimated market value and price history help you judge whether the asking is fair — the same AI valuation that helps listers price is there to inform buyers too.

The area

• A Neighbourhood Fit Score rates how well the location suits your lifestyle, weighted by the points of interest that matter to you — see Neighbourhood Fit.
• The map and nearby amenities show you what living there is actually like.

Trust signals

• Verified badges tell you what's been checked — the lister's identity and, on many homes, ownership.
• Listings are kept honest: contact details are auto-stripped and content is moderated, so what you read is about the property, not a hook to pull you off-platform.
