AI scam-check
Paste a suspicious listing or message and let Liivra's AI flag the classic rental-scam signs.
Last updated 2026-07-29
Rental and sale scams follow patterns — a too-good price, a landlord who's "overseas", a demand to pay a deposit before you've seen the place. Liivra's AI scam-check knows those patterns and helps you spot them.
Where to find it
The AI tools area (/ai-tools) — no sign-in needed to run a check.
How to use it
- Paste the text of a listing or a message you're unsure about.
- Run the scam-check.
- Read the result — the AI flags the classic scam signals it can see and explains what to watch for.
What it looks for
- Pressure to pay a deposit before viewing or verifying.
- Requests to move off-platform to WhatsApp or email (where you lose Liivra's protections).
- Prices far below the market, "keys couriered" stories, absent-owner tales, and other well-worn scripts.
The bigger picture
Scam-check is one layer of how we keep you safe. On Liivra itself we also strip contact details from listings and messages, run fraud and moderation models across the platform, and verify identities and ownership — so the safest thing you can do is keep every deal on Liivra.
If a check — or your gut — says something's off, don't pay, and report it. It's free to be careful.
