An inter-leading door separates the flatlet from the rest of the house. The house provides two further bedrooms and two bathrooms (main being en-suite), both offering queen size beds. The lounge has a wood burning fireplace to ward off those chilly evenings. Downstairs is the entertainment area with an undercover patio, built in braai facility and swimming pool - perfect for those lazy days relaxing around the pool, or entertaining family or friends.
