Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs. **Occupancy & Property Use** * The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. * Not suitable for children under the age of 12. * The garage can accommodate a small vehicle only, and visitor parking is available for bigger vehicles. **Linen, Towels & Supplies** * One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking. * No additional linen or towels are supplied. * Guests are required to bring their own beach towels. * This is a self-catering property.
