Plenty of space if you would like to start a veggie garden. The property is part of the Rooiberg Breede River Conservancy with over 200 fynbos and succulent species. Rheebok, porcupines, rooikat, owls, fish eagles and many other bird species are regular visitors. Extending 4 km's into the Rooiberg Mountains, the farm provides opportunity for hiking. The house has an inverter which is seldom needed. We may take the house off grid with a large solar system.
