The bedroom is furnished with a good double bed base and spring mattress, two mirror top side tables, lamps, as well as with a dressing table and stool. There are also two large bookcases. If required a desk and chair can be provided. You are required to provide all your own bedding, duvet, pillows, blankets, linen such as duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillow cases as well as a waterproof mattress cover, towels, bath mat, drying and cleaning cloths etc. I regret I cannot accommodate children or pets. The cottage is ideal for a mature, working professional. There is a two month deposit required. There is Fiber WIFI available if required, at a cost, Electricity is pay as you go. The cottage is serviced every second week at a small additional fee. There is a small water charge applicable. There is a washing machine available on the premises for your use at an additional cost. There is very good security on the property with spikes, razor wire, electric fencing, security beams, burglar bars and an alarm, as well as good lighting. Access is via remote control gates. In addition I pay towards the area security. The parking is undercover for one vehicle only. I maintain the garden. The property is close to all major freeways, shops, restaurants, Observatory and town. There is no load shedding.
