The room is unfurnished and affordably priced. Tenants are required to provide their own bed and personal furnishings. You will have a private bedroom and will share the bathroom, shower, toilet, and kitchen facilities with other tenants in the apartment. The flat is mixed-gender, accommodating both male and female tenants. Viewing and Application Process If the room is currently occupied, the existing tenant will assist with the viewing. If the room is vacant, our representative, will arrange and conduct the viewing. An in-person viewing is compulsory. Applications will only be considered after a viewing has taken place. Documentation Requirements - South African citizens must provide a valid South African ID. - Foreign nationals must provide a valid work permit. - Proof of affordability is required in the form of three recent payslips or recent bank statements.
